Delivery within Gauteng typically takes 1–2 days, while orders shipped to other parts of South Africa may take between 4–5 days depending on location and courier schedules. For international orders, customers are advised to contact the seller directly before making a purchase to confirm delivery options and timeframes.
We offer refunds on items that are returned to us in their original condition, with no physical defects and packaging intact. The item must be in the same state it was received to qualify for a refund. Please note that refunds will not be issued for items that have visible or physical damage caused by the buyer.
We accept returns within 2 days of the final delivery of the product to the client. After this period, no returns will be accepted. However, exceptions may be considered for clients who communicate with us within the 2-day return window, even if the product has not yet been returned.
